Our free workshop series targets job seekers looking to get into the service sector as the economy re-opens and you get back to work! 

Customer Service Skills

• During the workshop, we’ll evaluate current service levels, discuss how customers form opinions, review the importance of consistency, explore basic service etiquette, examine service recovery, and determine what to do when the answer is “no.”

Job Search Strategies

• This workshop teaches strategies that will help you take control of and speed up your job search. You will also learn about additional resources to develop your resume and cover letters to appeal to employers.

Smart Serve

• The Smart Serve Responsible Alcohol Beverage Service Training Program is approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) as a server training program for the Ontario hospitality industry.

• You must bring 1 piece of valid Photo I.D. The cost for an unregistered client is $44.95.
   

Safe Food Handlers

• This course satisfies legislated food handler training requirements across Canada and is ideal for staff in restaurants, day cares, camps, long-term care homes, special events, etc. The cost for an unregistered client is $44.95
